    The jacket delivered was not the same shape or quality as the photo, there were no guides to what size their 'XL' was in standard European or UK sizes, and there was no stock in the UK so I could not view the item before buying. Then I had an anxious wait before it arrived from Pakistan, not helped by incompetent UK deliverers. Fortunately I was saved by eBay's returns policy and got all my money back. Thank you eBay.

    Had to send back sizing wrong. Chart wrong. Ordered a large more like small. No fabric or cleaning instructions. In my opinion not wool. Fleece lining too small for outer so didn't sit right. Very poor quality. Paid £119 for a coat that I thought was from UK ( added filter UK only) it arrived from Pakistan with invoice for £32. Gave a negative because eBay gave me a full refund otherwise it would have been negative.
