Poster not as pictured. Arrived torn, creased and a total loss. It was put loose in a box with absolutely no effort to protect it from damage. Seller says it was damaged before it was sold, contrary to the photo. Seller takes zero responsibility, blames it on McCartney’s people. Offer to refund 1/3 which is totally inadequate. No apology offered and is totally indifferent to condition, packaging or customer care.

The VIP pack was shipped in a sturdy box, in exactly the condition I received it in from the tour promoters (and as photographed). The poster is obviously creased in the listing photo. Since the seller was unhappy, I offered to refund a third of the price. He declined and stated that he'd rather leave a negative review. This dude is nuts!
