    Framingfox is an American company but their pricing on Ebay takes care of the VAT so there is nothing to pay as it comes into the UK. The picture was well packaged to prevent damage and the picture arrived early and was as described in perfect condition. The print was unframed and was delivered flat, not rolled. I then framed it it using Frames Express. Even my wife, who has no interest in the Civil War, likes the picture. It will hang in my wargames room.
