    Seems inferior

    Usually JBL products are great quality, hence why I chose the brand. However the one I purchased here is a knock-off product in comparison the what the real JBL would be. The sound quality is just too weak and not enough volume even if the volume on the device is maxed out, the earbuds are still low.

    Disappointing

    Ear buds arrived in the "Mono" mode. Tried every suggestion on the internet and YouTube to convert the ear buds to "Stereo" mode, but nothing worked. Learned from the internet that this is a common problem with JBL ear buds. Some sort of glitch in the programming.

    The sound quality of this headset is clear, but there is only treble and no bass. There is no feeling of enjoying music. There is no bass and the soul of music is missing.
