The delivery required a OTP sent to the seller’s Amazon account, so I couldn’t verify my identity. After endless back-and-forth, I only received the package because the second Amazon driver took pity on me. The seller gave vague, unhelpful responses and refused to take responsibility. Buy straight from Amazon instead - save yourself the hassle and avoid this seller!
