Does need some tweaking of the mounting tabs to get the bolts in, and a scuff down & coat of black header paint if you want it to look totally factory, the black paint from the muffler factory scuffs right off out of the box. Otherwise it works good is quiet as it supposed to be. Prolly much less expensive than the now discontinued OEM part
