Packaging was very good, and the letterbox arrived in excellent condition. Shipping left a lot to be desired as UPS delivered it to the wrong address where it was not accepted. The letterbox was subsequently returned to the seller who reshipped it at his own expense, making the best of a bad situation. I am very pleased with the letterbox and would not hesitate in purchasing form him again.
