I have bought many of these and had to return them due to misleading photos or damage not disclosed but this was in such great condition and extremely well cared for and the communication was great as well. Thank you so much, this was a gift for my 80 year old Aunt, she will absolutely LOVE IT!! Once notified they put out a search on the package and they kept in touch each day to let me know the status. It finally made it and it beautiful!
