It is a deluxe medical adjustable shower chair with commode thus should be "water proof" but will not be so. The photos shows that the underside of the toilet seat frame has been drilled twice, the second time being the correct position. The initial drill holes are left exposed. Shower water can and will eventually seep into the toilet seat thru these holes and will be ruined through uptake of water. Refund ?
