    The DVD itself had played very well. No interruptions. I did have an issue with the shipping container for the above DVD. In my opinion, the shipping container should have been in a "sturdy 'plastic' DVD case" instead of a "rather thin" paper envelope-like container. I am very glad that the DVD itself was not damaged during the shipping process.

    Hi, thank you for your comments. Our DVD mailers are premium fiber and are bend resistance tested to 100lbs, that's why the DVD made it to you safe and sound. They're thin to meet USPS size regulations but they are virtually indestructible. The only way to damage one is if someone does it on purpose. In 29 years we have never had USPS damage one! Thank you again!!
