I was not touching the glass (as halogen light) and had the power turned off when installing. Would use a pack in under 5 minutes on this basis. I know they are cheap but not fit for purpose. Ebay won't allow negative feedback as it hasn't had 7 days so have put a positive experience even though it currently isn't.

Rapid dispatch and good communication but unfortunately let down by carrier (Amazon Logistics EU) who failed to find the address on 4 occasions.Amazon have delivered to this address for 7 years! Gave Amazon instructions directly & also via seller but despite multiple emails, delivery still failed to arrive until 5 days later when the customer service operator finally updated the mapping for their courier. Poor service from them. Good seller.
