Like another very similar product, it goes on white then picks up your skin tone; only I think they tend to turn a shade, maybe even two , lighter than my skin actually is.However; I’m going to try a few things, such as using a blender or mitt rather than my brush; But, I do like how this product has somewhat of a blurring effect, just a TAD pearlescent, which is good for us more mature ladies. It also seems to cover problem spots quite well with a light second layer.
