    Mug was very appropriately packed and arrived in excellent condition. Product was as described. It also arrived ahead of the scheduled arrival date. Was sent by registered mail so even if the overall cost (which includes shipping) was somewhat higher, it was reassuring knowing that the product came as described and was not damaged at all during the shipping process.     Seller did contact and refund for wrong item. However, this was for a present and was unable to deliver in time. I did request the seller to send the correct items but was given a refund instead. Switched to positive from negative as issue was delt with quickly but not to what I was looking for. Now I have to order again to get the item I want.

    I'm selling both sizes, I misread the description and sent the wrong size. Buyer left this ridiculous feedback, without a message first. Then he asked for the correct size! I sent him a full refund and he can enjoy the wrong item. Childish behaviour.
