    I received a watch that was defective. I sent this seller an email to try to exchange the watch for another watch. The seller did not respond to my email. I have purchased other watches from this seller and those watches were good. But it cost me almost $500 to send the defective watch out for repair with a local jeweler and I am still waiting for it to come back repaired. It would have been nice if this seller had responded to my email.
