Unit appears to work well to date. Not sure if this item is 100% brand new or refurbished. Was delivered wrapped in bubble wrap inside an opened clear plastic Voyager Legend v4.2 container. I have not tried the item in an external or internal noisy environment, and therefore I can not confirm the purchase as being 100% genuine or brand new. I do not like this item at all. It doesn't fit behind my ear. It is clumsy. The controls are not easy to use. I tried to use it a few times and now it sits in my bag.

I had lost my Plantronics 5200, and couldnt quite afford another at the moment.I hummed and ahhed about the Voyager Legend would it be as good as the 5200. I read many reviews, but no one could compare both models. In my opinon this is just as good as the 5200. Fantastic design, fits easily on the ear, excellent voice quality. I simply cant live without it. Dont have any doubts about the Legend, it makes long or short calls easier on a hands free. Plantronics is a superior brand. I received it in its original packing, some reviews said they didn't. Don't buy anything else buy Plantronics, they are the market leader in handsfree devices. Received Item very quickly. My "Travelling Assistant"
I purchased this product for a specific purpose. Primarily to give good audio quality while working in damp outdoor conditions. I had seen good reviews about this earpiece. I am very pleased with it, although I have only been using it for about a week. I can say without reservation that this is a very well designed and intuitive designed device. Being a typical man. I have taken it and used it straight from it's box and barely read the instructions.. Yet with minimal understanding of it, I can use it quite easily and it's very forgiving to use. This earpiece gives you voice prompts. " Answer the call " " Reject the call " or gives you verbal options about what to do. You don't have to mess about with buttons. The Voyager Legend pairs very easily with mobile phones, needing minimal ... I purchased this product for a specific purpose. That is something I am very impressed with. This device is more like having your own personal secretary with you. It is very, very good ! These devices are not cheap and at the price, you may need to consider whether you need to fork out so much. However if you want a good reliable honest product. You should definitely consider one of these.

Good for the money
Bought this as a replacement for another same unit that went bad out of warranty. I like the feel and the simplicity of it, generally get good sound out of the headset and the mic does a pretty good job of cleaning up surrounding noises. I do though use 2 phones through the Bluetooth and seems that sometimes the phones 'fight' for dominance and occasionally this unit will drop the phones. Using it through my laptop though has been a pleasure entering dictation into documents or compiling spread sheets with data. Rarely have a problem in this aspect. Wish the battery held a little longer charge, but doesn't take long to recharge either.Bought this as a replacement for another same unit that went bad out of warranty.
