    Knowledgeable and insightful particularly on navigating relationships and emotions

    This is a comprehensive book and parts may not be relevant to some but the author goes into important and insightful information in two different chapters - one on interpersonal relationships, and the other noteworthy chapter on emotions. Very helpful for anyone of all ages, including well into their adulthood who have finally realized they have Asperger's.
