CPUs are OEM so just the chips in plastic shells without a box but that was all I needed in my use case and it saves a bit on the cost. Contacted the seller and official AMD support who was able to validate my cpu as a new design of AMD cpu with less capacitors. The seller also offered a full refund if i had any doubts. This is A+ attitude and experience. Would recommend seller again.
