    Check your over pressure valve and replace it should it drip, it's easy

    WATTS NO. 100XL PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE

    I had this exact model on my still-working 1991 gas water heater. The old one was leaking after 25 years - oh duh! Replaced it with this one and no leaks! Good as new! I suspect the gas water heater will crap out long before this new pressure relief valve does. Easy to install and a good deal!
