    Good recipes with less fat

    I was a little disappointed in the recipes. Although, most look very appealing, I still find that I could not eat most due to the calories. Paula expressed that she lost 40 pounds and kept it off just by changing these recipes and lightening them up. As much as I like Paula Deen, I find that hard to believe. It would have been nice if she had put the nutritional info with each recipe.

    Great book Paula

    I love the recipes but I wish it listed the carbs, sugar, and fats in each. I’ve made several dishes so far and I haven’t been disappointed. I love reading the introduction of each chapter and to each recipe. I love me some Paula Deen. She’s the best!
