    Bought this for my mother who has arthritis and cannot shuffle cards anymore.

    She says it does a good job but she has had a hard time figuring out how it works and some times the cards get stuck inside the machine. It is noisy. I like it because it gives her more independence.

    Disappointed in product

    No instructions on how to operate and the quality was marginal. I finally watch a video on how to operate that I found on you tube. However when I put the batteries in one side did not work. Also, was not what I thought it would be for a shuffler. Why in the world I have to cut the deck and place a half on each side is beyond me. Great when shuffling multiple decks, but I should be able to load a single deck into one area and then it shuffles. I do want to add that the supplier I received it from shipped it extremely fast and was very cooperative in the return of the item...they even sent me a return label.

    Shuffle mine too.

    Better than shuffling cards by hand. Just make sure your cards are all the same size. We tried various sized together and doesn't work as well, but was expected since our friends have one but for only two decks and it works the same. We have bicycle cards and Maverick cards and they work great since they are standard size. After shuffling I went through the complete shuffled deck and the most I found together was 3 cards. Can't do that well shuffling by hand. I like it, just a toy when friends come over to play cards.

    Low Price with Low Performance

    Purchased automatic shuffler because of the high praise given to many of the buyers. Despite some negative input I considered maybe they had high expectations. After using this shuffler three nights of card playing it continually malfunctioned on the fourth night. The malfunction came in the form of cards from a new deck not being pulled in by the shuffling arm in one side then on another shuffle on the other side. Sometimes both sides would not shuffle. It appears the shuffling arm is unable to gain traction enough to pull the cards into the center bin. As an experiment I took a small cloth towel saturated with alcohol and activated the shuffler with the towel at the arm contact area to clean each arm. This resulted in the shuffler functioning after several card shuffles. This seemed ...

    cheaply made

    this is the second one i've tried..the first the battery case wouldn't stay closed to it stopped working..had to tape it shut..would have set it back except the time ran out..so i got this one..works better but has trouble shuffling half the time..have to help push the cards thru..was hoping i got a different brand than the first but seems there is only one..not real happy with it...
