    The seller underdeclared the watch’s value to €4.39 (!), which Austrian customs flagged as suspicious. The package underwent inspection, and I was asked to pay a penalty higher than the watch’s value. The seller denied any responsibility and kept sending same repeating replies. Both the post office and customs advised me not to accept the parcel. I never got the watch, only a refund from eBay after a long struggle (chapeau bas for the client support). A frustrating and time-consuming experience.
