    Never received item. When contacting them I was told it was beyond their control... so basically Was told it wasn't their problem to ensure I received delivery and to take it up with ebay. 0 care for their customers. Avoid buying from them.

    This customer complaining & left negative feedback unnecessarily. Courier confirmed its delivered but he complaints that he didn't receive, I suggested to open up a case with eBay and get the refund, I will send a fresh pack, but he didn't agree was very rude to me and don't want to follow eBay policies. he just wants to ruined others business. I will report about this buyer to entire eBay community. I've been doing this business last 10 years & never had an issue. please refer my past feedback
