I was lucky to receive my purchase in acceptable condition as it was very poorly packaged. When I received it one entire end of the envelope was torn open, the tear went down the back and down one side. My magazine was right there, exposed and vulnerable. This seller needs to get his shipping act together.

- 9***- (68)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseReceived very quick and good deal but package was torn open nearly 3/4 of the envelope which exposing one of the filters that was not in the bag (Seems to have scratched damages on rubber seal). However, when I installed them and turned on the vacuum, seems to be working fine so I decided to keep it without the hassle of complain to seller. Package should have been at least bubble wrapped But I guess I can live with it since I got new OEM items as described. Overall, this transaction went well.
