      The seller provided a tracking number that wouldn't track the item. I asked for a refund when the expected shipping window expired. The refund was issued right away, but seller insisted that he shipped item four times, and it was never delivered. It's hard to believe because everyone else shipping items to me on the first try. I think it was never shipped.
