Shipment was in five boxes on a small pallet and wrapped in shrink wrap and appears intact. Despite poor communications from the shipping company, the seller continued to assist me in tracking the shipment through final delivery. Communication has been timely and complete. Shipment was well packed. Just be aware that UPS can sometimes damage your wheels because this is how my wheels unfortunately arrived. Boxes damaged and wheels damaged. Luckily, Wheels Direct offered to take the wheels back and send me a fresh set. Such nice people willing to help out a customer. Check your wheels whenever UPS drops them off.

I contacted the seller twice before the sale. Each time the seller responded immediately, providing answers in detail. The box arrived via UPS in the original packaging, and was exactly as described. The seller had sent a link to download the installation instructions, and parts and tools for installation were in the box, so mounting the rails was easy. Great price, too!
