Leider war die Kommunikation enttäuschend: keine Entgegenkommen bei mehrfach berechneten Versandkosten, obwohl in der Beschreibung Versandrabatt zugesichert wurde. Stattdessen wurde mir frech unterstellt, ich hätte vorab fragen müssen. 13,80 € Versandkosten für eine einfache DHL-Sendung sind nicht verhältnismäßig.
