I ordered a Daiwa polo shirt in white but when it arrived it was covered in dirty marks and pen marks! I contacted the seller and they responded saying they would fully refund me or I could try putting it through the wash and they would refund 25% of the value. Needless to say I have not received any refund and they are not responding to any messages or emails!
