      This buyer did not give me a chance to rectify the postage issues from Australia Post. Evidence was provided to the buyer that AP messed up as item was sent to me, as opposed to the buyer (Australia Post in North Melbourne acknowledged it's their fault and postage refunded as well). I only found out a month+ as the item was held at my local post office, without my knowledge. Buyer should contact me at the first instance but didn't and went ahead to cancel & leave a negative feedback!
