It appears to be new and unused. Packaging was sturdy and leak proof. Also arrived as described. We live in sad times when a product that once cost $6.00 is now 30-40 dollars, but I'm glad I found at least one original bottle. One lady said her bottle arrived but was watered down. I saw one that was selling for 31.00 but was only 80% full, used and as is. So, Thanks you.
