    Am I 5 again?

    These historical narrations of the Vietnam Era remind me of sitting on the floor by my dad's chair when he got home from work and I was the remote control for the TV. He said turn that dial to The Cronkite Channel (CBS) so we can check on the guys in Nam , your uncle is on the Oriskany Air Craft Carrier and we need to check up on him. I sit at his feet glued to the reports and watching those muscled+griseled soldiers in combat and thinking how worthless they made my comic book heroes seem. It was at that age I knew what I wanted to be when I grew up. 21 year Army Active Duty retiree now . I still find it hard to believe that I became one of those guys as I watch these presentations at 61 years old and get goose bumps when I see how my Alma Mater came to be and led me to the 82nd Airborne ...

    Everyday real life combat and behind the action about a war that should have not happened. My brother watch this an said that`s what it was like. From the Marines, Air Force, Navy, and Army men and women who were there. I give it to thumbs up!
