    Excellent unit.

    I like the granularity of power increases available. The ability to increase power by adding Powerhouse 180 watt units decreases the initial cost while still allowing you to increase power over time. The ZW-C controller is an excellent unit for providing power to both accessories and conventional train control using 4 outputs. The new units (ZW-L) have the same power and some additional features but are considerably more expensive.

    Great Value 32930 ZW Transformer (Little used)

    "Little used" is an understatement when describing this unit --- ("Like new" is closer to the actual truth). An excellent value for 1/3 the cost of a brand new, state of the art Lionel transformer (which according to the "feedback booth" owners complain have "bugs"). It may not be "state of the art" but it does everything you need it to do. This will activate your train to forward and reverse directions, it will allow for a controlled acceleration / deceleration, activate bell and whistle as well as allowing interaction with the newer proto 2 & 3 circuitry / engine sound effects.
