    Focals were original factory sealed as described. Seller/Ebay glitch oversold so I was given the choice to wait a couple weeks or a refund. I chose to wait and they honored the sell with their restock. Their price was better than any other seller. Did not enjoy waiting but they did fulfill my order at an excellent price so I consider them a great seller. They do communicate on the weekdays but will take some time since I'm in the U.S. and they are in Germany. Would purchase from them again!
