First, the item came in pristine condition. I had a hard time believing it was used. The packaging even looked like it was from the manufacturer. Second, I had an issue with a piece of the system. A $500 part had sprung a leak. The seller immediately rectified the situation and I had a replacement 2 days later. Really stellar experience.
