Up to four players can compete simultaneously, joining iconic characters like Peach, Donkey Kong, and Yoshi as they explore open maps in five different Toad Scramble worlds, or collect coins and sabotage one another in a series of one-minute mini-games called Coinathalon. Other modes find gamers collecting star balloons, playing iconic songs from the Mario universe, taking on match-three puzzles, and racing amiibos across a linear board.
