i LIKE THE BUTTON WHERE IT DOES NOT REQUIRE YOU TO USE THE FOOT PEDAL. IT WAS A BIT HARD FOR ME TO THREAD AS i HAVE PARKINSON'S BUT ONCE I LEARNED HOW TO GET MY FINGERS TO WORK IT IS AN IDEAL MACHINE, ANYONE CAN USE IT. If you are interested in doing embroidery and sewing on the same machine, and are a competent beginner, you cannot go wrong with this machine. It comes with a great starter set of accessories and all you need to supply is the cloth and the colored thread to pump out hundreds of items. Machine may be too advanced for the complete novice, but anyone with basic machine sewing abilities should have no issues.
