Sealed and good quality. Most likely due to age, one of the Caesar guy tongue was on the bottom of the package. I simply super glued it back on and good as new. When I opened the one Caesar whose tongue fell, upon closely smelling, there is a faint smell of smoke from a smokers home. I’m good with it because it’s not strong smelling.
