    NICE looking and works as intended

    It is a very nice looking unit...lights light up as intended....slots are big enough for texas toast so we are very happy with the slot size...the "lift" on the push down handle is great for getting smaller pieces out easily.....The only thing that I can say to the negative is that the darker/lighter dial doesn't seem to do as much as it should...Toast comes out about the same on all settings up to 5 at least...haven't turned it up higher than that yet...I would but it again...Seems to be good quality...Time will tell..

    Cheaply made toaster - should not cost more than $20.

    The toaster is cheaply built for the price close to $50. Outside it getting extremely hot and you can burn yourself very easily. The slider is about 1/2" sticking out - the metal-rod clearly to see - not a good design. Toaster tills also very easily to the side of the slider when you push the slider down because the unit is very light - holding the toaster with your thumb to push the slider down for a second session - will burn you thumb. Toaster makes a loud metal noise when finished that wakes you up. I got a message that this KRUPS toaster has been designed in Germany and made in CHINA. I can only believe the part about CHINA and can't imagine that KRUPS is living now only of their good old name. I do NOT recommend this toaster.

    Best toaster and quality ever..

    This is the best toaster I've ever owned in my life I'm very impressed I love the thickness of it how you're able to do bagels burger buns reheat like I said it's the best toaster I've ever had in my whole life highly recommend... Not to mention it's a beautiful toaster looks awesome on my updated counters

    Excellent Toaster!

    After reviewing many toasters, this Krups model is everything others raved about. It toasts evenly and precisely at whatever the setting and it’s very easy to clean with the pull-out tray. Moderately priced with great features.
