First he said he broke the watch hands before shipment and offered a large partial refund, which would've been fine, if it still otherwise functioned. But it also came to me in several pieces, none matching the description. What arrived was a one (1) jewel mechanism, rattling around in a 32mm housing. Not a 17-jewel watch in a 42mm housing as described. Not cool.
