For the last year, due to her allergies, my pittie mix gets a weekly shower using the shampoo version of the DouxoS mousse. The mousse is just as effective but considerably easier than a shampoo. The chlorhexidine in the mousse dried up a yeast infection on my westie. This, partnered with the shampoo, worked fast! During the active period of the yeast spread, I shampooed her daily and used the mousse twice daily. The vet had advised the protocol, but was amazed how fast her skin cleared.
