I was kind and understanding . The return went fine, but after the return, I noticed that the seller blocked me. Again, I was kind in a message to the seller asking for a response explaining why but unfortunately never received one. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service after buying many products from this seller over the years.

After I bought the shoes, they arrived in less than two days. They were in a box and look brand new, apart from a tiny scuff that was wiped off easily with magic eraser. Great seller, great price, great product.
