    This Seller did not understand that Packaging a Unit like this NEEDS a Lot of Packing Material to Prevent Damage in Shipping. Seller used a Box of Thin Cardboard that was the Same Size as the Unit, with NO Padding At All. The Unit was Damaged Beyond Repair. At least the seller issued a full refund, without forcing me to ship it back. Which would have been a Waste of his money for the label, and a waste of My Time and Expensive CA Gas to take to a Shipper.

    Great Printer. Great Price, but parts are needed.

    Other than the laser, fuser and drum all flashing to be replaced, the printer is still printing and working great. The sellers price was extremely low for this printer but I am not going to wait until those parts go completely out so once I purchase those replacements I will be close to what the printer costs buying new…
