I Like Them
I love the mute button and volume adjustments. The headphones are a little uncomfortable as the size of the 2 circles can a bit irritating to the ears. Which is normal everyone has different ear sizes. So far it's a good product, the cord is long too which is great. OK, but not exciting
I really wanted to love this headset. I usually like Jabra's designs. This one is OK. It does the job, but nothing really exciting. The quality is average plus. It doesn't feel slick. The wires are think and "clunky". The audio quality is ok, especially when using for voice and I can be heard well by the other side, but not a great listening experience for music. It sits ok on the head and ears, but I certainly had more comfortable ones. All in all is not a bad product, but is not a great one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Background noise still audible
I like my Jabra headset enough. I cannot really say that I love it because I can still hear background noise. They also do not fit like I would like them to. They get loose and fall off my head about halfway through my work shift. All I do is make a minor adjustment and they are fixed. Jabra headset and link pad
The headset works great. Easy to setup. Make sure to check your firmware version and if not current you will want to update that. It is an easy thing to do. Go to Jabra's website support page and you will find the firmware updates there. Setup was very easy, connect the link adapter to a USB port on your PC/MAC/Laptop then plug the 2.5mm plug into the link adapter. You will be able to operate the headset from putting the headset into busy mode with it indicating a red illuminating ring on the link and also on the ear piece.
