Six out of the thirteen items were broken shattered contacted the seller and he sounded like it was my fault and that I had to turn in an insurance claim, I let him know that I didn’t have the information for the claim but he never provided the shipment receipt. I was given a partial refund but wasn’t enough as this was a Christmas gift but I would’ve had to pay shipping to another seller andReply from: vintagefynds- Feedback replied by seller vintagefynds.- Feedback replied by seller vintagefynds.The buyer requested a refund which I provided. They left negative feedback saying they were not refunded. Additionally, I have pictures of the original items before they were shipped, clearly showing the proper way, they were shipped. I am sorry that USPS damaged the items. I provided the tracking information so the customer could file an insurance claim with USPS which they did not want to do.
