BUT Item was priced at $200 or ~60% of genuine replacement directly from manufacture, and was described as not having rust with one way postage an additional $50. The rack cost 4500 over for a new one from manufacturer . I offered him a partial refund but he wanted more. Then he left a false negative feedback after he could not get the money he wanted from me
