      A somewhat abrasive seller, after item going missing with La Poste and waiting over two weeks I opened an item not received request. Seller wasn't happy about it and refused to send out another and refunded me although I had said I still wanted the item. No apology forthcoming and really quite rude? Unnecessary.

      Dès lors qu'il y a un problème de livraison, et un remboursement au client sans récupération de la marchandise, nous bloquons systématiquement l'acheteur pour éviter de perdre encore une deuxième fois voire une troisième fois. Nous en avons déjà subi les frais trop souvent. Il faut autrement recommander avec un autre pseudo et une autre adresse. J'en suis désolé, mais nous essayons de limiter les problèmes de ce genre.

      L’objet reçu n’est pas compatible avec mon matériel. Je ne pense pas que cela soit dû à une erreur du vendeur mais plutôt à mon matériel qui ne doit pas être d’origine. J’ai essayé de les contacter par téléphone, par mail, via le site EBay, ils n’ont jamais répondu. J’ai joins des photos de mon matériel, et toujours aucune nouvelle. Ce n’est pas sérieux du tout
