    quicken deluxe

    Intuit sold the Quicken brand and the new owners are going to a subscription model. you will be forced to either pay an annual fee or the software will be unusable. the recent versions are buggy and awkward to use. seems like each update has more unneeded changes and adds limitations to the usability
