    It's in good working order, although a little scratched but that was disclosed in the item description. I don't believe the included bands are OEM, but I suppose including OEM bands on used watches wouldn't be feasible. To the sellers credit, he did send me two extra bands when I complained I received the wrong color and he didn't have to do that. So it is a good value. This is a good seller and I would buy from them again.

    Slim, with all the essential features.

    The Charge 4 is always on the 'most accurate trackers' lists. And, from what I have seen, it is accurate and has all the essential features of a tracker, then it has nice extras like internal GPS, breath rates, heat of skin, and more if you pay for Pro. When talking about the app and tracker interfaces, I did not have much to learn because I was just upgrading from a Charge 3. But, if you are just staring with trackers in general, I remember that it took a little time to get the hang of how to use things. Same way all apps take some time to learn.

    This is my new best friend!

    I bought this Fitbit Charge 4 to replace a used Fitbit that I had been given. I am very impressed with my new Fitbit Charge 4. I am impressed everything about it. I love that it helps me monitor my heart rate, sleep, and even reminds me if I have been sitting for awhile to get up and move around. It is exactly what I hoped it would be. I am still learning about some parts of it. I especially like that it allows me to pair it with my phone and it shows me calls and texts, too. Everything about it was just as depicted in the picture and in the description. The price was very good. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for an activity tracker or specifically, a Fitbit.
