Honestly, I've never had this happen before & if it did happen, I was refunded for not getting the item I ordered. I've been ordering from eBay for over 12 years. I guess it's just my fault for missing the delivery. This is in no way the seller's fault that I didn't get it. His communication was excellent & tried to help me as best he could. I'm very disappointed I don't have what I purchased. Seller was very helpful overall. Package was wrapped extremely well, no way this would have gotten damaged with as well as it was packaged. It was also shipped very fast! The price was a bit more then I wanted to pay; however, this figure isn't produced anymore so understandably it cost more. My son was very happy to add this to his Sago Mini collection! Thank you!!
