    Five Crowns Card Game

    It is a simple game but it requires good thinking skills. It is a great family game where children can take part and can develop organizational skills and multiple strategy skills. It is a little long for most children under 9 I think. Our 7 year old grandchild caught on to the concepts but tired of playing after 5 hands. The 9, 10, and 11 year old kids really liked it and the family definitely planned on playing again as a family activity.

    Need to be made in a plastic material for easy shuffling!!

    Play the game all the time at home and camping, only problem is the cards need to be made of a durable plastic!!, the Deck of cards only last a year, they get worn and very hard to shuffle!!!!

    FUN game!

    Oh, the times we had, playing tournaments with this... this is kid friendly, teen friendly, adult friendly when paired with appropriate beverages, and all around just a fun game to play. Highly recommend! What's great is that the deck is large enough so you can play it with a large group of people, too. So if you're looking for something inexpensive to do whether on campus, with friends, or with your kids, this is it. Try it. You'll enjoy!

    Nice rummy variant with 5 suits

    I would have given the game 5 stars if it came with a sample score sheet. You need a score sheet to record each player's residual points. I have added a sample score sheet to this review. This game is very similar to a rummy game called "65" which we play with a standard deck of cards. With the Five Crowns card deck having 5 suits, it is a nice variant to using a standard deck with only 4 suits.

    Easy to learn. Each player responsible for own hand. Don't need partner to play. Play up to seven people. Instructions for play very clear. Each game only takes about 45 minutes.
