Almost perfect
I love this thing. Games run perfectly exactly like the original consoles. Its not an emulation console so all original nes/snes/genesis accessories work. Flashcarts and multi carts work too. My only gripe is that colors are a little off on some nes games, and the sound is a little off on some genesis games. You probably won't notice unless you know your games really well. I haven't noticed any issues at all with snes games they seem to be perfect. Hdmi outputs at 720p and looks great on a 55 inch TV. My Retron 3 hd was open and interior cardboard package was ripped. This is advertised as new. The image is unstable and trobes to a point of making you dizzy. (On AV connection). The retro-bit trio and old retron 3 AV which I already own work perfectly on AV CRT TVs and dont produce that unstable image. So im not sure if this is normal for this newer model retron 3 hd or if I was sent a 2nd hand broken garbage. Ordering from Canada this costs you around 186$. Not worth it. Great to play those old games again.
Playing this console brings back a lot of memories, and most of the games I have for it I cannot find anywhere else. The graphics are just as you remember them from the '80's and '90's 8-bit and 16-bit consoles. So, don't order this console expecting to have updated graphics like a Playstation 4. Your cartridges don't support that. The only pain is that you have to use a different controller and that controller port to play each of the different games from the NES, SEGA, or SNES.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I cannot recommend this system enough. Supplied with excellent controllers and hook ups in a high quality box and packaging. I have bought similar systems and the controllers are junk but on this system i plan on buying an extra controller for two player application.
